Configuration Change Request (CCR). A CCR was submitted outlining changes to be made to the MOD04_L2 product. Two Scientific Data Sets (Scattering_Angle_Land and Scattering_Angle_Ocean) are to be dropped and replaced by a combined data set (Scattering_Angle)
